USS Mississippi BB-41 was a New Mexico class battleship commissioned in 1917. She served honorably in WWII, and survived longer than most other battleships of her generation. As AG-128, she tested numerous new weapons and conducted a successful first test-firing of the Terrier missile in 1953. She was not scrapped until 1956.
This is the GHQ 1/2400 pewter model. She's painted in pre-war overall light gray.
