1/350 USS North Carolina BB-55 (Trumpeter)
This was my first submission and attempt at 1/350 scale ships and I must say I have Fallen in LOVE with this Scale. This Kit was constructed mostly out of the box with no scratch build involved, I did however use Lion's Roar Pe Kit for Carolina and thought it to be a rather complete set. This is the only ship I shall build out of water. The base is oak plywood and mahogany blocks. This ship also lights up inside to show portholes and open hatches and doors. All in all I'm pleased at how it turned out (not quite finished some paint and small AA guns to go).
