1/300 DKM Scharnhorst (Scratchbuilt)
I just completed this model. You wouldn't believe but it took me only 700 hours!! Unfortunatelly my documentation was not very detailed so, I had to improvise little things. I made the hull plank-on-frame and covered by fiber-glass. I used wood, aluminium sheet and plastic sheet to make the superstructures and deck details. The deck is on pear-wood. The rust is real rust not paint.
