1/700 DKM Scharnhorst with U-Boot (Tamiya and Hobby Boss)
This commission of the Scharnhorst kit was stress free as the Tamiya kit, though old , is still sharp and captures the lines of this elegant ship quite nicely so it is only the case of adding a bit of extra detail, mainly on the bulkheads of the ship's superstructure to make it visually more interesting. The small U-Boat along the ship enhances the sense of the size difference between those two vessels in real life.
