1/400 Dunkerque (Heller)

The Dunkerque is represented during sea trials in April 1940 after her last retrofit. She kept this configuration until the drama of Mers El Kébir. I tried to be the more true to reality and the more accurate possible.

To realize the sea, I use one of the methods of Chris Flodberg you can find on his website. Very few parts are original, most of them where enhanced or replaced by scratch built and parts of the trade (shapeways for turrets, L’Arsenal for catapult and several other parts, I even used 1/350 photoetchs for very small parts).
