1/350 HMS Indefatigable (Combrig)

I've been building ship models since I was 10, but started building 1/350 resin kits only about 15-17 years ago. While living in Knoxville, TN I had the pleasure of meeting Jim Baumann and seeing his work and also Robert Vancel, with whom I still correspond. They and others on this gallery, like Chris Flodberg, Kastas Kotseas and Won-Hui Lee, have inspired me to keep working to improve my techniques.

I build about 1 ship yearly, and every one has some new technique (for me).

This is the 1/350 Combrig Indefatigable. I used an Artwox wood deck, the supplied photoetch and various spare PE as well. Masts are built from brass rod, steel rod and styrene. Rigging is EZ line, by far the best product for me. Paint is all brush using Tamiya acrylics.

Please excuse the poor quality of the photos. They are taken with my cell phone. Next ones will be better.
