The photos are taken in both sunlight (outdoor) and indoors with the help of a 2x 500 Watt Halogen lamp. The "calm sea" is a frosted glass window with a layer of blue plastic bag underneath.

Now the model of Hiei rest in my glass cabinet I can look at her as a fine ship, especial the total scratch build pagoda tower is a joy to watch -even if it was a hard project indeed.
