1/700 IJN Tokiwa (Seals Models)
The ship is out of the box, with photo-etch raillings, ladders, and crewmen. I chose to portray the ship as it appreared in Victorian livery, before the Ruso-Japanse War. I used Floquil and Testors enamels, and made the water from Cellu-clay painted with acrylics and topcoated with gloss clear acrylic gel.
