1/350 SMS Konig (ICM)
Completed with Tom’s Modelworks detail set. Other details include the torpedo nets which were made from some thin fabric dipped in white glue and rolled around wire, scale chain replaced the molded on stuff and some detail was added to the fighting tops. I used some stretched sprue for the rigging, but I had trouble with bending in the top of the foremast. I have been meaning to replace it with some paint brush bristles (seems the least intrusive way). Overall, I am very pleased with the kit. I would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for a break from WWII or modern subjects.
