1/400 DKM Lutzow, Autumn 1942 (Heller)
The model is the Heller 1/400 Lutzow (former Panzerschiffe Deutschland) with the so-called Regenbogen camo scheme.
This camo scheme was painted on Lutzow in Norway during Autumn 1942 and she had this camo on during the Operation Regenbogen (conducted with Admiral Hipper) that ended up with the famous Battle of the Barents Sea in December 1942.
