1/500 HMS Berwick (Scratchbuilt)
This is my try at a County class heavy cruiser. The hull,bridge and deck house are made of wood and sheet plastic. The main battery is from Nichimo. All secondary weapons are from UPC. Photo-etch rails,ladders and, hatches are from GMM.
The lantern style Radar is made of wood and pe. It is located in front of the bridge. I used a book printed in the U.K. as a reference. The actual 1942 location is anybodies guess so I used the location indicated by the best photo's I had.
As with all of my efforts, many liberties have been taken with accuracy. Be that as it may, I tried to get as much input for this vessel as I could and I am greatful to the guys on the forum for all the responses.
