1/700 IJN Chikuma (Aoshima)
This is the heavy cruiser Chikuma of the Tone class, and in my view this is what a heavy cruiser should look like, not overly large but ebbing power at every quarter. The model is by Fujimi and a new tool type, there was no etch set used as this model offered very good mould pieces, the etch actually came from spare parts in my junk box.
