USS Birmingham by Christoph Mentzel

USS Birmingham CL 62, a member of the Cleveland class with the original round bridge. The kit should represent the Birmingham after Feb. 1944 with measure 33/6d and more AA weapons (40 mm and 20 mm).
 
The base for the kit was the Cleveland kit from Skywave. I have used a new hull of resin which I have blistered and so on. On two pics you can see the difference between the hulls.
 
I have used the etching parts from GMM .
