1/350 IJN Nagara (Aoshima)

The Kit

A beautiful kit from Aoshima, highlighted by its ease of construction, intricate detail and simpified waterlining option. Another big plus in my book is the many spare parts left over (25mm guns, ammo boxes ect) for use on other projects. This kit is certainly a step up or two in quality from Aoshima's earlier IJN cruisers and am looking forward to their future offerings. Also used: Aoshima photo-etch sets + many spares, WEM Colourcoat paints.
