1/700 USS Wasp CV-18 (Trumpeter)

The USS Wasp CV18 was commissioned in November of 1943 and was painted in
the MS33/10A paint scheme, which she wore till June 1945 .  The Wasp
received various upgrades during the war, but did not get the upgraded
island. However, she received some additional 40mm quad Bofors and many
more 20mm Oerlikons.  She saw much action in the Pacific and was awarded 8
Battle Stars for her service.
