1/700 IJN Soryu (Aoshima)
Modeling
The model "Soryu" aircraft carrier, was produced by full hull. For
this reason, I am using the Japanese heavy cruiser “Tone” at the bottom
of the hull bottom near same dimensions of the under hull. I have modified
the bow of this model.
Detail parts: Pit Road, using the etched parts
Aircraft: using the Pit Road WW-2 Aircrafts sets.

This plane was carried on a trial basis at the Battle of Midway.
Background of the model
This scene is a military port at anchor offshore, I was going to represent
the state just before the Battle.
