1/350 USS Livermore DD-429 (Dragon)
This is my USS Livermore that I converted from the 1942 kit to be the
ship as she appeared in 1945. It is by no means completely accurate, but
I enjoyed building it. The twin 40mm bofors are from L'arsenal and are
wonderful additions to the ship. I started this in 2010, but then got married,
moved, and started school again and couldn't finish it until now. This
kit was very easy to assemble and is very detailed. And thanks to Dragon
I now have lots of parts for the spares box! The last two pictures show
the ship in her new home.
