1/192 USS Gyatt DD-712 (Scratchbuilt)
This is a model of the USS GYATT DD 712 I built about 25 years ago.
This is a super detailed model that was a copy (in a smaller scale) of
the USN model of the USS Gearing built by Gibbs and Cox. At the time this
model was built not a lot of photoetching was available for ships. Therefore
I am particulary proud of the K gun depth charge racks and the stern depth
charge rails as these fittings were cast in resin as one piece.
