1/700 IJN Yubari (Tamiya)

1/700 scale Yubari by Tamiya.  I nice little kit without any real problems.  The kit went together nice and came with a small base for display.  I added some PE Flyhawk IJN rails to dress her up and added some stretched sprue rigging.  This was the second time I tried making a sea base and it turned out ok but I learned from it so I can do better the next time.  Overall a nice, easy, fun build of a unique IJN light cruiser.
