IJN Asashio

1/700 IJN Asashio (Pitroad)

I always feel IJN DD's naming is a poem. Asashio means "morning billows" for me. It seems I can hear the whisper from the Pacific during my modeling time.

The Asashio was an order-build from my friend to accompany the IJN heavy cruiser Mikuma which he bought from me 2 month ago. He wants to represent a diorama for the last blood of the operation Midway.
