1/700 Icebreaker Fuji (Seals). While unarmed, the Fuji is a JMSDF ship, with I believe two sister ships. I am not certain if the Seals kit is available outside of Japan, but perhaps it is sold through Hobbylink Japan. (editors note: Pacific Front Hobbies carries Seals kits).
The kit is resin with white metal accessories, such as the helo. This same ship exists in the form of an older kit, maybe 1/400, sold under several labels, including Nichimo I think. That larger scale kit is quite old and not as detailed as the new Seals Fuji.
