1/35 PBR MK II (Tamiya)
For my first submission this is a culmination of my brief ship modeling skills. I built this 1/35th Tamiya PBR for a River Rat veteran. The boat number, black bottom and other markings are per his recollection. This kit is built straight out of the box with no extras or photo-etch enhancements. The kit comes with a great deal of details and accessories itself. It was a very fun and entertaining build as well as an advancement of my skills. The large scale is a nice change from the 1/700 scale ships and the additional detail and figures make for a nice change of pace. The boat was painted with a combination of Model Master, Tamiya and Testors acrylics.
