1/1200 RMS Queen Elizabeth 2 (Revell Germany)
This is the Revell miniships kit of the RMS Queen Elizabeth 2 in 1/1200 scale. I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of detail in this kit since I've also built other 1200 scale kits from Revell. It almost seems like this was made by another company.
The quality of the molding and the fit of the pieces is also amazing, at least for a Revell kit. It could easily be snapped together without glue because the pieces fit so well.
As usual, I mounted this on one of the wooden stands I make for myself. And as I've got kids and pets in the house, I built a cover out of sheets of plexiglass to minimize the amount of damage that can occur.
