1/360 MS Queen Elizabeth 2 (Scratchbuilt)
I first built the model of the QE2 in 2003 (which appeared in my portfolio ) based on the ship's look after her re-engine of 1996. Numerous changes to the ship took place over the years. During summer 2010, I rebuilt the completed model to update her to the actual look of the ship at her retirement. The foredeck, bridge, promenade and sun deck areas were stripped and rebuilt. The entire model was repainted.
