1/150 RMS Queen Mary Cutaway (Scratchbuilt)
This is a project ive been wanting to do for some time, and it is going to be a pretty long time before it is done, but when it is, i would gladly donate it to the real ship.
The Queen Mary is in my opinion, the greatest ocean liner ever built, and since i have lived in Long Beach all my life, ive grown up becoming more an more fascinated by this ship that makes the view of Long Beach a little less ugly. im not going to get into the history of the Queen Mary just yet, for now if you want to learn more about the ship itself, google it lol.
I have the main structure of the model completed, most small details are going to be added and replaced later on, so dont worry, its not going to look this junky forever.
I am in the process of building the interior, all decks above B-deck are in place, but empty, and im inserting the rest of the decks into place when i have all of the bulkheads are installed. When i have different areas completed i will add more pictures of both the model and its real life counterpart, as well as giving important details or history associated with the area of the ship/model.
